Today, it will be partly sunny. The winds will initially be light and variable. They will
gradually shift to the NW as a surface trough moves over us from the north.
Expect wind and seas to increase locally with the trough’s passage. The trough will
move SE, later today. It will continue moving south through Sunday.
Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 to 4 feet. Rain and thunderstorms maybe
numerous along the leading edge of the trough. Expect these weather conditions to
prevail through the weekend.

Else where in the tropics

There are two areas of disturbed weather in the Atlantic Ocean. Development,
if any, of these systems is expected to be slow to occur as they move westward.
There is a low chance that either of them will become a tropical cyclone during
the next 48 hours.

The air temperatures will be in the mid to high 80s (F) or 27 - 29 (C).

Ocean water temperatures are about 85F to 87F or 29C to 30C.
