Winds will continue to be strong and from the north; ranging in strength from 5 to 15 mph or higher. Waves will be 1 to 4 feet in height. Elsewhere in the tropics Overnight, subtropical depression 17 has formed north of Puerto Rico. It does not pose a threat to us. Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected in the next 24 hours.  |
