Again, today, our skies will be partly cloudy, with a possibility of scattered rain
showers.
Winds will be northerly at 10 to 15 mph. Waves will be 1 to 4 feet in height.
Winds and seas may intensify later today.
99L is now Tropical Depression 19 and is forecast to become Tropical Storm Richard.
At 3am, this morning, the center of TD 19 was located about 390 miles slightly north
of due east of us. Later today, the storm may start a gentle turn to the west. This track
is projected to take it slightly to the north and east of us on Saturday and Sunday,
possibly at hurricane strength. It is important to remember that these 3 and 5 day
track projections may be in error by as much as 200 to 300 miles.
Currently, it is moving SE at 3 mph. Maximum sustained winds are 35 mph.
The minimum pressure was 1005 millibars.
All interests in the Bay Islands and on the North Coast of Honduras should monitor
this storm system for further development.
Another Hurricane Hunter flight is scheduled to fly into this system later this morning.

The air temperatures will be in the high 70s (F) to the low 80s or 24 to 25 (C).

At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 85F or 27C to 29C. Surface
