Again, skies will be mostly sunny with some mid to high level cloudiness. Winds are variable in strength from the east at 10 to 20 mph The seas are choppy at 2 to 4 feet in height . Occasionally, winds and seas may be higher, especially very early in the day or late at night. These winds and seas will continue through Sunday.
A tropical wave is passing over us today. There is a very slight chance of widely scattered, intermittent, rain showers and thunderstorms. Another tropical wave will reach the Western Caribbean later next week. See Figs. 5 & 6.

The air temperatures will be in the 80s to the mid 90s (F) or 27 to 32 (C). The heat index is 100F or 38C.
At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 84F or 28C to 29C . Visibility is generally 60 to 80 feet.
The Tropical Weather Outlook
TD Brett and TS Cindy continue to head out into the North Atlantic. They pose no threat to us. Elsewhere, an area of disturbed weather associated with a tropical wave, along 50 W is now given a 10% chance for further development in the next 48 hours. This morning, it is about 500 miles East of the Windward Islands traveling WNW at 15 to 20 mph. See Figs. 5 & 6.
