Again, skies will be sunny with some mid to high level cloudiness. Today, the winds will be slightly stronger then yesterday. They will be easterly at 15 to 20 mph. The seas are choppy at 2 to 4 feet in height . Occasionally, winds and seas may be higher, especially very early in the day or late at night. These winds and seas will continue through the weekend.
Another tropical wave is approaching the Western Caribbean at 15 to 20 kts. We should begin to feel its effects late tomorrow and Friday. See figures 4, 5, and 6.

At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 84F or 28C to 29C . Visibility is generally 60 to 80 feet.
The Tropical Weather Outlook
TS Brett and another area of disturbed weather in the North Atlantic continue to head away from the East Coast of the USA. They pose no threat to us. Elsewhere, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24 hours.
In Fig 6 above, I have circled two areas of counter-clockwise rotation. Although, not noted in any forecasts, I believe they bear watching for further development.
