Again, today, the weather is essentially a replay of yesterday's. Skies will be mostly sunny, with some mid to high level cloudiness. Winds will be from the ESE, at 10 to 15 mph this morning; shifting to ENE this afternoon. The seas will continue to be choppy, at 2 to 4 feet in height.
The air temperatures will be in the 80s to the mid 90s (F) or 27 to 32 (C). The heat index is 101F or 38C.
At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 84F or 28C to 29C . Visibility is generally 60 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Early this morning, TS Emily was near 17.3N 71.7W or about 900 miles E of the Bay Islands. Maximum sustained winds are 45 kt with gusts to 50 kts. Minimum pressure has increased to 1005 mb. It is essentially stationary. But Emily is forecast to resume movement WNW across Hispanola sometime today and then into the SW North Atlantic tomorrow. Currently, this storm poses no threat to us, but all interests here, should continue to monitor its development.
Else where tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24 hours.
