Again
today, it will be mostly cloudy. There is a continuing chance for
rain showers and thunderstorms, especially late at night or very
early in the morning. Seas will be 1 to 3 feet in height or higher.
Winds, will be mostly NNW at 20 to 25 mph.
Expect
this weather to continue through the weekend and most of next week.

The
air temperatures will be in the mid to high 70s to the mid 80s (F) or
25 to 29 (C). For divers, with the wind chill factor, it may feel
like the high 60s to low 70s on exiting the water.
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 20 to 60 feet.

The
Tropical Weather Outlook
This
morning, an area of low pressure, 96L, is located in the SW Caribbean
Sea near the Colombian island of San Andres. Surface pressures are
falling and upper-level winds are favorable for development. This
system has a good chance...70 percent... of becoming a tropical
depression during the next 48 hours. It is forecast to drift slowly
north.

Another
large area of disturbed weather, now designated 97L is located a
several hundred miles east of the Windward Islands. It is moving WNW.
Development...if any...will be slow to occur. this system has a low
chance...near 20 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the
next 48 hours. regardless of development...cloudiness and heavy rains
will likely spread over northern Venezuela and the southern Windward
Islands during the next few days.
Interests
in the Bay Islands and on the north coast of Honduras should monitor
both these systems.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24
hours.
