it will be mostly sunny with some mid to high level cloudiness. Seas
will be calm at 1 to 2 feet in height.
Winds, will be WNW to ENE at 5 to 10 mph or less.

The
air temperatures will be in the mid to the high 80s (F) or 27 to 30
(C). With the heat index it may feel like 100 F plus.
Everyone,
especially divers, should stay well hydrated.
Expect
these weather conditions to hold through the early part of this
week..
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 40 to 60 feet.
The
Tropical Weather Outlook
Phillipe
is now a post-tropical system. No further advisories will be issued
on this storm.

A
trough of low pressure extending from the NW Caribbean Sea across
central Cuba into the central Bahamas is producing
gale-force
winds over the western Atlantic...and widespread cloudiness and
thunderstorms over eastern Cuba...Hispaniola...the Bahamas...the
Florida peninsula...and the adjacent Atlantic waters.
Surface
pressures are slowly falling...and some development of this system is
possible over the next couple of days as it moves northwestward at 5
to 10 mph. this system has a medium chance...30 percent...of
becoming a subtropical or tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
This
system, currently does not pose a threat to us.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24
hours.
