Skies will be partly sunny with mid to high level clouds. There is a chance of scattered, intermittent showers later today or tonight. Seas will be rough at 2 to 4 feet in height or higher. Winds will be E to ENE at 20 to 25 mph. Divers should exercise caution when reboarding the boats. Expect strong winds and high seas through Wednesday.This morning, the remnants of a cold front were on a line from northern Belize to central Cuba. Today, this frontal trough will continue to drift SE into the NW Caribbean Sea, diffuse and dissipate.
The next cold front is still forecast to move off the Texas coast late Tuesday.

The air temperatures will range from the mid to high 70s (ºF) to the low to mid 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 29ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are about 78ºF or 24ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 60 feet.
