At 9am LT, Matthew was centered at 16.2N x 86.3 or about 86 miles NW of Roatan. 

Winds are 40mph, with higher gusts.

Present movement is WNW or 285 degrees at 15mph.Minimum central 

pressure is 1000 millibars. Today, skies will be  partly sunny with high level

cloudiness and possibly scattered showers.  

Wind and seas will decrease later today, as TS Matthew moves off to the WNW. 

Matthew is forecast to dissipate to a tropical depression today.

Matthew will move into Belize and Guatemala.

A new low pressure system is expected to form over the NW Caribbean late Tue and Wed 

 with increasing winds W of 75W.
