Today, sunny with high level cloudiness. Scattered showers and thunderstorms 

are possible. The wind will be from the ESE at 5 to 15 mph. Seas are 

moderate at 1 to 4 feet. Winds and seas may increase later.

Matthew has been downgraded to a tropical depression and is over 

Southern Mexico. It will remain there and dissipate Monday.

A new low pressure system will form over the NW Caribbean late 

Monday and Tuesday.Winds are forecast to increase west of 75W longitude. 

The air temperatures will be in the mid to high 80s (F) or 27 - 29 (C).

Ocean water temperatures are about 85F to 87F or 29C to 30C.
