Today, skies will be cloudy with a chance of scattered, intermittent showers. Seas will be at 2 to 4 feet in height. Winds will be ESE to ENE at 10 to 15 mph.
Cool, high pressure air, from the north, continues to interact with a warm southerly air flow along a frontal boundary, creating the rain showers, we are experiencing. Expect this weather pattern to continue through Friday.
The next cold front is forecast to push off the Texas coast Saturday.
