Skies will be partly sunny with mid to high level cloudiness. Winds continue to be strong and easterly at 15 to 20 mph. They will begin to increase later this afternoon and evening to 25 mph. The seas are choppy at 2 to 6 feet. Strong east winds will persist through today. Trade winds are forecast to begin to decrease in strength on Monday. Else where tropical storm formation is not expected in the next 24 hours.
