Skies will be partly sunny with mid to high level cloudiness. Winds will be E to NE at 10 to 15 mph. The seas are choppy at 2 to 4 feet or less. This morning the leading edge of a tropical wave is about 200 miles E of us. It is traveling at 15 to 20 mph. There is a small chance of scattered, moderate, rain showers and isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 to 48 hours as the tropical wave passes over us. Expect moderate to calm, winds and seas, through most of Thursday. Else where, there are no tropical cyclones at this time.
