Skies will be partly sunny with mid to high level cloudiness. Winds will be light and variable at 10 to 12 mph or less and mostly southerly in direction. The seas are choppy at 2 to 4 feet or less. Early this morning, the leading edge of a tropical wave was about 120 miles E of us. There is a small chance of early morning, scattered, moderate, rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, as the tropical wave passes over us. Skies will clear later in the day. Expect moderate to calm, winds and seas, through Wednesday afternoon. Else where, there are no tropical cyclones at this time in the Atlantic or Caribbean
