Today's
weather is basically the same as yesterday. Again, skies will be
mostly sunny with mid to high level cloudiness. Winds will be very
light at 5 mph to 10 mph or less. Seas will be calm at 1 to 2 feet or
less. Expect these weather conditions to continue through Monday.
The
air temperatures will be in the 80s to the mid 90s (F) or 27 to 32
(C). With the heat index, at times, it may feel like 100 plus
degrees. Everyone, especially, divers should be well hydrated.
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 40 to 60 feet.

The
Tropical Weather Outlook
At
3 am, the center of Tropical Storm Ophelia was located near latitude
14.5 N, longitude 51.0 W. Ophelia is
moving
toward the WNW near 13 mph. This motion is expected to continue
through the weekend
Maximum
sustained winds have decreased to near 45 mph. Slow weakening is
forecast to continue. Ophelia could become a tropical depression over
the weekend.

A
broad low pressure system located about 400 miles S-SE of the Cape
Verde islands has a 10% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone during
the next 48 hours. Conditions are conducive for some slow development
of this disturbance over the next few days, as it moves westward at
10 to 15 mph.

Neither
of these systems currently pose a threat to us.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24
hours.
