Today's weather is basically the same as yesterday. Again, skies will be mostly sunny with mid to high level cloudiness. Winds will be very light at 5 mph to 10 mph or less. Seas will be calm at 1 to 2 feet or less. Expect these weather conditions for the next day or two.
The air temperatures will be in the 80s to the mid 90s (F) or 27 to 32 (C). With the heat index, at times, it may feel like 100 plus degrees. Everyone, especially, divers should be well hydrated.
At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C . Visibility is generally 40 to 60 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook

At 3 am, the center of Tropical Storm Ophelia was located near latitude 13.4 N, longitude 47.0 W. Ophelia is moving toward the W near 14 mph. This motion is expected to continue today, with a turn to the W-NW expected on Friday.
Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 65 mph, with higher gusts. Slow weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours due to strong upper-level winds.
This system currently does not pose a threat to us. However, TS Ophelia is still centered , well below 16N latitude and continues to move, only slightly north of due west. It is now forecast to pass north of Puerto Rico on Saturday. But until that occurs, all interests in the Bay Islands and on the north coast of Honduras should monitor its progress closely.
Currently, the computer models continue to be in fairly good agreement regarding the forecast track.
Else where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24 hours.
