the Lesser Antilles has a 10% chance of developing into a tropical

All
interests in the Bay Islands and on the North Coast of Honduras
should remain vigilant and continue, to monitor the weather. So far
this year, there have been 14 named storms. It is possible, given the
current overall weather conditions in the Tropical Atlantic, that
there maybe as many as 10 to 14 more named storms, before the
hurricane season officially ends on December 1st.
