Again
today, it will be mostly cloudy. Intermittent rain showers and
thunderstorms will continue. Seas will be 1 to 3 feet in height or
higher. Winds, will be mostly NW at 20 to 25 mph. Expect this weather
to continue through at least Wednesday.

The
air temperatures will be in the low to high 70s (F) or 22 to 25 (C).
For divers, with the wind chill factor, it may feel like the high 60s
to low 70s on exiting the water.
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 20 to 60 feet or lower.

Yesterday,
96L, intensified and is now TS Rina. At 2 am, the center was located
at 16.7 N x 82.3 W or about 270 miles E of Roatan. It is moving NW at 6 mph. Maximum sustained winds are 40 mph. A gradual turn toward the
NW and W-NW is expected later today and tonight. Conditions are
conducive for further strengthening. On its present forecast path, it
does not pose a significant danger to us.

97L
is still located a several hundred miles east of the Windward
Islands. Its status has not changed significantly in the last 24
hours. It is still moving WNW. Development...if any...will be slow to
occur. This system has a low chance...near 10 percent...of becoming
a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
Interests
in the Bay Islands and on the north coast of Honduras should continue
to monitor both these systems.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24
hours.
