This
morning, a cold front extends from the Florida Straits to the Bay of
Campeche, Mexico. By later today, it will reach from E. Cuba to
Belize and continue to slowly drift south towards the Gulf of
Honduras, before it begins to dissipate. Skies
will be mostly cloudy, with a
chance of intermittent rain and thunderstorms, especially early in
the morning or late at night. Today, NE winds,
will be around 15 mph. Seas will be calm at 1 to 3 feet.

The
air temperatures will be in the 80s to the mid 90s (F) or 27 to 32
(C). With the heat index, at times, it may warmer. Everyone,
especially, divers should be well hydrated.
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 40 to 60 feet.

Tropical Weather Outlook
Hurricane
Ophelia is headed for Newfoundland.
TS
Phillipe is still located in the tropical Atlantic, well away from
any land. It is moving NW. A turn to the W is expected later today.
These
systems, currently do not pose a threat to us.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24
hours.
