This
morning, a weak cold front extends from the Yucatan Peninsula to W.
Cuba. It is nearly stationary and continues to slowly drift south
towards us. It will dissipate by mid-week. Until then, skies
will be mostly cloudy, with a
chance of intermittent rain and isolated thunderstorms.

Again, winds,
will be light and variable at less than 10 mph. Seas will be calm at
1 to 3 feet.
The
air temperatures will be in the high 70s to the mid 80s (F) or 24 to
30 (C).
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 40 to 60 feet or less.

Ophelia
has weakened to a tropical storm. It is headed for the Avalon
Peninsula of Newfoundland.

Phillipe is still located in the tropical Atlantic, well away from
any land. It is moving W to WSW. A turn back to the NW is expected

These
systems, currently do not pose a threat to us.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24
hours.
