This
morning, the cold front still extends from the Yucatan Peninsula to
the Straits of Florida. It now, is slowly drifting NE away from us
and is dissipating. Skies will begin to clear,
but there is still a
chance of intermittent rain and isolated thunderstorms.

Seas
will be 2 to 4 feet in height. Winds,
will be ESE to ENE at 10 to 15 mph or less. They are beginning to
resume their diurnal wind shift, characteristic of normal trade wind
flow. Winds and seas may be higher near rain squalls.
The
air temperatures will be in the high 70s to the mid 80s (F) or 24 to
30 (C).
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 40 to 60 feet or less.

The
Tropical Weather Outlook
TS
Phillipe is still located in the tropical Atlantic, well away from
any land. It is moving WNW. A turn back to the N is expected today.
It may reach hurricane strength before doing that.
This
system, currently does not pose a threat to us.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24
hours.
