This
morning, the nearly stationary, dissipating, weak cold front still
extends from the Yucatan Peninsula to W. Cuba. It continues to
slowly drift south towards us. Skies will be
mostly cloudy, with a
chance of intermittent rain and isolated thunderstorms. Expect this
weather pattern to continue through today and into tomorrow.

The
air temperatures will be in the high 70s to the mid 80s (F) or 24 to
30 (C).
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 40 to 60 feet or less.

is a post-tropical cyclone. No more advisories will be issued on this
storm.

Phillipe is still located in the tropical Atlantic, well away from
any land. It is moving WSW. A turn back to the NW is expected
