The Tropical Weather Outlook
An area of disorganized cloudiness and showers continues over the Atlantic ocean about 900 miles ENE of the Leeward islands in association with a surface trough and an upper-level low. Some slow development of this system is possible during the next couple of days as it moves slowly westward. This system has a low chance...10 percent...of becoming a subtropical or tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
