Today,
skies will be mostly cloudy, with intermittent rain. Seas will
be 1 to 3 feet in height. Winds, will be light and mostly
northwesterly at 5 to 10 mph or less. A strong cold front has begun to move
off the Texas coast this morning. By tomorrow, it will be on a line
from Tampa Bay, FL to the western Bay of Campeche, Mexico. (See Fig 3)
The
air temperatures will be in the high 70s (ºF)
to the low to mid 80s or 22ºC
to 25ºC.
Ocean
water temperatures are about 82ºF
to 88ºF or 28ºC
to 31ºC . Visibility is
generally 20 to 60 feet. With the wind chill factor, it will feel
like the 60s, especially to divers exiting the water.
