Again today, it will be mostly cloudy, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be 1 to 3 feet in height. Winds, will be light and mostly westerly at 5 to 10 mph.
A surface trough extends from 10N-17N along 84W with convergent trades generating isolated showers from 09N-17N between 81W-87W. From satellite imagery it appears to be dissipating. See Fig 1.

A cold front is still expected to push off the Texas coast on Thursday.
The air temperatures will be in the high 70s (ºF) to the low to mid 80s or 22ºC to 25ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are about 82ºF to 88ºF or 28ºC to 31ºC . Visibility is generally 20 to 60 feet.  With the wind chill factor, it will feel like the 60s, especially to divers exiting the water.
