Today, skies will be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain. Seas will be 2 to 4 feet in height or higher. Winds will be NE at 15 mph to 20 mph. A cold front expected to move into the NW Gulf of Mexico early Sunday evening. The front will quickly reach from southern Louisiana to near Tampico, Mexico Monday...and from the far western Florida panhandle to 25N by 92W to the eastern Bay of Campeche by late Tuesday afternoon. Strong offshore flow will follow in behind the front.
The air temperatures will be in the mid to high 70s (ºF) or 21ºC to 23ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are about 82ºF or 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 60 feet or higher.
