Today, skies will be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain. Seas will be 1 to 4 feet in height or higher. Winds will be NW at 15 mph to 20 mph. This morning, the cold front has mostly dissipated. The next cold front will move off the Texas coast into the NW Gulf of Mexico late Sunday. Gale conditions are expected W of the front in the SW Gulf of Mexico by late Monday.
The air temperatures will be in the mid to high 70s (ºF) or 21ºC to 23ºC. For divers exiting the water it will feel like the low to mid 60s (ºF) or 20 ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are about 82ºF or 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 60 feet or higher.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
A low pressure system located about 500 miles south-southeast of Bermuda is producing an area of gale-force winds north and east of the center. This system has a low chance...20 percent...of becoming a subtropical cyclone during the next 48 hours as it moves generally northward at around 15 -20 mph.
Else where tropical storm formation is not expected in the next 24 hours. The Atlantic hurricane season officially ends today December 1st.
