Again today, skies will be cloudy with a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms. Seas will be 1 to 6 feet in height. Winds will be strong and mostly N to NW at 20 to 25 mph or higher. Cooler, high pressure air continues to build in from the north through the early part of this week, resulting in continued, strong northerly winds, cloudiness and rain. A cold front will move off the Texas coast on Thursday where it will weaken and stall.

The air temperatures will be in the mid to high 70s (ºF) or 21ºC to 23ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are about 82ºF or 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 60 feet or higher.
