Again,
skies will be mostly sunny with mid to high level cloudiness. Winds
will be very light at 5 mph to 10 mph or less. Seas will be calm at 1
to 2 feet or less. Expect these weather conditions for the next day
or two.
The
air temperatures will be in the 80s to the mid 90s (F) or 27 to 32
(C). With the heat index, at times, it may feel like 100 plus
degrees. Everyone, especially, divers should be well hydrated.
At
depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 88F or 28C to 31C .
Visibility is generally 40 to 60 feet.

The
Tropical Weather Outlook
Invest
98L has been upgraded to tropical storm Ophelia. At 5am EDT, it was
located about 2600 miles SE of us and was moving generally west at 13
mph. Maximum sustained winds are 45 mph.

This
system currently does not pose a threat to us. However, TS Ophelia is
still centered , well below 16N latitude and continues to move, only
slightly north of due west. It is forecast to pass north of Puerto
Rico on Monday. But until that occurs, all interests in the Bay
Islands and on the north coast of Honduras should monitor its
progress closely. The computer models are in fair agreement as to TS Ophelia's probable track ( see Figs. 4 & 5 below ).
